Show Me How to Prepare a Newstand type app on SeattleClouds

I need to know how to create a Newstand type app on SeattleClouds. I have access to SeattleClouds membership and I am making progress but I want some help from an expert to speed up the process. I will also need to know how to set up the app to work in the Apple Store with ItunesConnect etc. The best way would be for an expert to walk me through the process using Teamviewer so we can both access my PC screen. I think an hourly rate would be the best way to do this and it might take more than one session to get sorted. The rate above is just a guess.
