Xamarin application with Node.js Secure API

I'm a Senior Software Developer specializing in .NET MVC business web apps on top of a SQL backend. I need a mobile app creating using Xamarin so that is deliverable to iOS and Android. The nature of the project is commercially sensitive and you will be required to digitally sign an IP and non disclosure agreement to receive a detailed specification. The design needs to be clean and simple, there is an existing product that i can point you to for design format. I do not have wireframe mockups but the detailed specification and design styles from an existing product should be sufficient. The application will contain the following features. Scanning barcodes native where possible not using zxing Using an existing API to look up data based on the barcode In app messages In app purchases GPS location Secure Registration and Login Secure API calls with JSON Web Tokens Secure Cookies Azure Notification Hub Push Notifications Secure Database interaction with MySQL with SQL injection mitigation Verbose Logging of API calls Code within SOLID Principles and good code comments/documentation Assist in the final deployment of the application to an azure portal via remote desktop Approximately 10-15 different views You will be expected to code both the front and backend of the application, have knowledge of hosting in Azure, be required to have an azure account or register for a free one for testing. Whilst i would encourage developers from any nationality please can i ask that you must have at least intermediate English communication skills Milestones: 25% upfront 25% half way through development 25% when you can demonstrate through live stream or posted video of the specification features being met. 25% when the application has been approved by apple QA and passes functional test on Azure Live Host. Communication will be through Skype messenger. As i have a full time job i may not get back to you until the evening or at worse case the next day. The timescales are not restrictive on this project and i would much rather you over run on your estimated delivery and delivered a well tested product. Deliverables: all source code to which you have the right to transfer IP, please note any restrictions on open source code you may use. It must be commercially acceptable without restrictions such as copy left.
