Data is imported and exported out of the DB into an excel spreadsheet. It is the Spreadsheet with the back office people use to control our business. 3. The site is hosted internally we have no remote access ability. You need you own test server. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT THE SPREADSHEET IS THE MASTER REFERENCE not the DB (VERY Important) This project I require Stage 1. Using the supplied which has been created specifically for this site convert our current site in the new look and feel and upgrade to site to on line ordering/ shopping service. Keeping all the current functions and work flow. Stage 2. Make the site and on line shopping system. This is a wholesale site so No prices shown until a Customer logs in and they are enabled to view the wholesale prices. All prices on this site will be linked to the specific customers volume discount. I have the code already for shopping details and gateway access to paypal for payment processing Stage 3. For a ranged items the ability to select a colour for the i.e R205 has 20 colours if I want to select a specific colour and add to cart I need to be able to do it from the same page 2. Our Wholesalers if they use the web site when with their customers Can set the pricing to a markup of their chioce and when logging in check a box to display there RRP not their wholesale price 7. Ability to a specific discount (it must not be in additional to the volume discount) for vouchers, specials, run out stock 8. Payment terms specific to the Customer needs to be linked to the Payment process. If the customer has terms them an order can be placed without payment. If prepaid this has to go via Paypal or credit card, I already have this code/gateway being used on another web site. 9. When an item is ordered the inventory/stock reduced by the correct amount. When the order is processed and flagged shipped the stock count is kept at the reduced amount. If the order is cancelled or not shipped the stock count is increased by the correct amount. 10. Freight Calculation will be based on a table we supply. This must be used. This must also be updatable by us via the spreadsheet and imported into the DB
