ASP.NET MVC or Yii developer for a startup project

should have good practical knowledge of either yii or ASP.NET mvc. There will be daily 1 hour or on saturday 4 hour of work is to be done. for showing your skill you can send me example of 1 page where there is 1 textbox and search button. This textbox is autocomplete textbox which load city data in it. When any City is selected that information should be saved in user's browser. that city popularity should get increased. When click on search button user should redirect to another page and selected city value will be shown upper right corner. user can change it's city selection from redirected page.
