Build a Social E-commerce website: Ruby on Rails, UX/UI design, software architecture

Seeking a web development team of 5-6 developers/designers: 1 Full-stack Developer (act as the product/project manager) 2-3 Ruby on Rails Senior Developers and 1-2 Front-End and UX/UI designers to complete in 1-2 months the front-end development and the backend development and integration for a Social E-commerce/marketplace platform and to help with soft launch and public launch of the website. We also require maintenance of the website for at least 6 months after launch. We have already developed 60-70% of the front-end and about 30% of the back end code in Ruby on Rails. We have already completed around 30 to 40 mockup wireframes up to the smallest detail. However, we need to review the UX/UI design. We want an experienced UX/UI designer to help us create a better design, clean user-centered and conversion [login to view URL] need a better responsive / marketing focused design that take a user through a sales funnel to a conversion AND dashboard interfaces that are easy for users to understand and navigate. So, the idea is, this project does not start from scratch, everything is already laid out, it just need improvement to make it a cool and attractive site. Here is the description of the platform: This platform connects local merchants to consumers. The platform consists of three sides. On one side of the platform, the Merchant Admin dashboard presents various business statistics and offers merchants various tools to administer their offerings. The second side is the Customer side of the platform, which contains also the Home Page and the Search Results page, it also contains a Customer Account dashboard where customers can create accounts and perform various operations. The third side of the platform provides Site Admin functionalities. These include most of the rights and functionalities that the other two dashboards provide. This is where the customer service and other authorized persons can login to solve any issues pertaining to either Merchant's accounts or Customers' accounts. This platform will require integration with the payment getaway service provider [login to view URL] or another similar provider (TBD), PayPal and Google Wallet Mobile Payment System. In addition, the development of an advanced accounting functionality is required that will need to be compatible with the accounting softwares such as QuickBooks or SageOne. This advanced accounting functionality records the "money flow" and shows the financial picture at any time in the financial statements of the company. We are looking to use AWS (Amazon-Web-Services) for hosting. All the details and documents such as front-end development files, design mockups, financial diagrams etc. will be provided at the start of the project and after signing an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) We estimate that this project should not take longer than 800 man-hours. We require the project to be completed in no more than 1-2 months. Note that we will pay in two milestones: first milestone will be at the completion of the development. The second milestone will be paid after the public launch.
