Hi there, Are you using share or vps server of digital ocean? Though, I can fix your issue. If you have cpanel access then please provide it otherwise, I will need ssh access to fix this issue. It may be possible that database has been deleted and in that case, I will charge $30 full payment as deleted databases cannot restore without backup and that's out of the scope of current project.
