Joomla Minor work + Minor Wordpress fix

[login to view URL] has a number of problems that need fixing. The image slider is not working. The backend update fails and needs to be updated to the latest version of joomla 2.5 (or 3 if it will work safely). The template RT theme 15 needs to also be updated. The whole site needs to be repaired and folders need to be given correct permissions On [login to view URL] the find out more boxes on the homepage image slider need to be made smaller. On the business directory page the entire grid needs to be updated alphabetically adding 3 new entries. on [login to view URL] there is provision for a mobile site that automatically shows on iPhones and other mobiles. Somehow the mobile version has been deleted and cannot be found. We require the mobile page to be rebuilt as per the attached screenshot and implemented so it works properly. We require a self motivated freelancer who will go ahead and complete the project without constantly asking for clarification, help or approval.
