I have just now finished a similar project where Oracle database was connected with Tomcat and the development environment was initially Eclipse. However, later on, it was shifted to JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA.

Can quickly look into the problem and can solve it .Need some more info though. Relevant Skills and Experience Worked on Tomcat server . Configured connection pool in Tomcat server as well. I hope you are also using the same. Would like to know the exact problem and figure out what is the issue
