We are looking for a company to work with for remote monitoring on an alert panel connect to a SolarWinds system. The right candidate group or company (not individual) will: - be a SolarWinds certified technician with minimum active experience of 2years - multiple staff members that are familiar with SolarWinds software and monitoring tools - able to work from 8pm till 8am, all weekend to monitor and call onsite agent or area rep on alerts - able to communicate well by email and voice call needs to be clear when reporting alerts and triggers.
