I need help to understand how to make a function work with node js. A tip for the freelance that can help me. The problem: I run the function that is a fetch (or a XMLHttpRequest) but I can't save the output to a variable. const fLoc = fetch(url) .then(data => [login to view URL]()) .then( (data) => { if([login to view URL] == 'yes') { return 'yes' } else { return 'no' } }) alert(fLoc) // the result is [object Promise] I NEED IT NOW!
