I need someone to develop a Opencart 2X and 3X plugin to integrate with 7-8 APIs with Sipay payment APIs. The APIs sample has been attached. Few APIs and admin panel have been integrated already. So, you have to fix and add new APIs I could provide equivalent woocommerce plugin code and working demo. I want exactly same features on Prestashop. My budget is $150 total I need someone who can immediately start. Please let me know if you are interested.
