Right now, the pdf we have is sent to user to be printed, filled with pen, then scanned and then sent back to us. But we want all the filling of the pdf to happen on the pdf itself without printing it. so we want that pdf to be in 'form' format. remarks are given on the RED font on right side column on what needs to be done. the final file should be editable by us to add any additions in the future, but locked for the user to change the content of the pdf. yes i will do this job as fast as possible fo ru sir
