Cordova Plugin Project for Native IOS and Android -- 2

Hey all, We are looking for a Cordova extension for our ionic project. We have an app where you can have either a voice call or a video call, which we made with the Twilio Video Programmable. When a user calls the other user, we send a push notification to the one that is being called. Our expectation from this extension is that when the app is not currently being used, it should detect the push notifications, which are coming because of the incoming call, and provide a screen in which the user will be able to accept or reject the call or directly open the app.
