Friends in Niger, help me propose by taking a picture with a piece of paper?

Hey there, So this is probably a project that you'll never see again and it's a little bit different than what you normally do. In short, all I'm asking for is a photo of you, with a piece of paper that has some specific words. Next year, in June, I will be proposing to the love of my life and I thought as it's something that I hope will only happen once for her, why not make it as special as possible. We have ambitions to travel to every single country in the world, so I wanted to propose using every single country in the world. Everything is going well so far, with over 90 countries done, but I'm stuck on Niger. All I need is a photo of you (with friends too if you like) and a piece of paper that says However, 4th November 2020 - Niger [Your name if you want] That is all that needs to be on the piece of paper, and I have attached a photo below of Australia's input to get an idea of what I'm after. if you're wondering what it means, basically every country is a different day for the whole year, and the word is part of a letter which will all add together to make a love letter which ends in me proposing. My budget is small in Canadian Dollars, this is because there are a LOT of countries in the world and the truth is I just can't afford to pay what I'd love to pay. For the most part, I'm trying to find people elsewhere like Reddit, interpals for free, but for the countries, I really struggle, I use this site which has been an absolute huge help. While my budget isn't high, I will promise a great review and that if you're ever in need of a similar kind of favour, I will be more than happy to help. So please, if you can, help me propose to my wonderful girlfriend and be a part of something truly special. You really can do this however you like, on your own, with friends, inside or outside, obviously if you have a cool landmark or landscape nearby that would be great, but definitely not required.
