Chart, Graph, and Custom Image Editing and Design

I am looking for someone who can redesign and edit many of our charts and graphs that we use for various workbooks and online exams. Many are outdated from 20 years of copy/scanning so the quality is very poor on many. Some of the main problems are scaling, text quality, contrast issues, number quality, and text consistency between all images. Most of the files are currently in .jpg format but some are are in .psd. Our current project has about 50 images or so but not all of them require a full rework. There are about 100 plus more images that could be reworked in the future. 2 to 3 images can fit on a page in our workbook so it's important the images look good when printed out. If images require a full redesign we would only require that it be as close to the original as possible. Outside of that you are free to use your own creativity and expertise to edit the images. Project requirements - fix image scaling - fix image text quality - fix image number quality - keep a consistent format for number/text - if possible, redesign images to look crisp and with higher quality - Fix chart lines I've included a few sample pictures to give you an idea of what we are working with currently and some of the issues we are looking to resolve. Examples: I've attached some examples for you to review. They have various issues but you can see the wide range of chart and images we have. All are very similar to these and are all black and white. We would require it all be done in black and white text. Timeline: A little flexible, but preferably finished within 2 weeks.
