My business sells office supplies. The images/photos of the supplies that we sell are from our supplier's website. Right now, I am trying to upload a photo of a Yellow toner on to the eBay platform: [login to view URL] When I try to upload the Yellow toner photo on to eBay, I keep getting this message: " Please upload high-resolution photos that are at least 500 pixels on the longest side." Just so you know...I am also selling the Cyan and Magenta versions of this toner. Of course, all 3 of the photos are from my supplier's site as I mentioned but only the photo of the Yellow toner is giving me the error message. I will likely also need the Yellow toner image to be cropped so that it matches the size and is consistent with the Cyan and Magenta toners that I are currently listed on eBay. (Please see the samples below.)
