Hire an App Designer

We are developing a responsive app. This app will work on desktop, mobile and tablet. We have choosen a design for our app (You can see it in the attach file: "[login to view URL]"). Now we need create the design of some screens with a design similar to "[login to view URL]". You can see the documentation of the project in file "[login to view URL]". We will value proposal that only create the screens in photoshop and proposal that create the screens in html/css.
