Images downloaded from a website, resized, color enhanced, background remove and turned into PNG files.

I have a series of 44 images that will need to be downloaded from a website, enlarged to 1000 pixels on one side (with the Contstrain Proportions box ticked so it resizes the image equally), color enhanced slightly with Vibrance 50 and Saturation 10, and the background removed completely and the image turned into a PNG, then saved as the item number. I will send a text file detailing which images you will need to download and edit. You will need to save them as the item number (51-16150, 51-16154, 51-16158 etc.) for each item. Then you will take only the edited images and send those back to me in dropbox folder. Hit enter and then click on the item. Then right click on the image and save it. Repeat this for all of the images of the item on the page. Then edit the images with resizing, the vibrance and saturation value, removing the background and turning into a PNG file, and finally send them back to me in a dropbox folder which you can link me to.
