Sir, the folded shelves seem to be a rigid object, so the cart (if it is not for universal use) can be a very simple wheeled structure - a couple or a mono axle. I am ready to design such a device for interior or exterior use - not a fine rendering but a simple, effective and reliable structure. With my rich real construction experience I understand the processes for which a cart is necessary. As well I understand the design and structure aspects of such a device.
