Debug a Google Sheet PHP Script

I have a google sheet with 6 background service that do the following: - Get number of twitter follower every 5 min for 2 accounts - Get number of facebook likes every 5 min for 2 accounts - Instagram .. - Youtube subscibers - Linkedin - Google+: one of the pages is hiding number of followers. Sometimes, the function/service doesnt read (see attachment), and it gives an empty row, I need someone to debug the code and make sure to call the API twice if needed in order to make sure that we get the value every 5 min. This is Urgent, code is there, I will share the file with you once you're selected. My budget is 30$.
