**ABOUT OUR SITE - PAGEFLAKES** Pageflakes is a personalized startpage (a.k.a. AJAX desktop) that allows users to read news and blogs, check their email, start Web searches and access a variety of services like [login to view URL] or Flickr, all conveniently accessible from any PC and from one page. We're still pre-launch, but we already put up a Developer Release at [[login to view URL]][1] . (Best viewed in MSIE, full Firefox support under way) **THE PROJECT - TOP LINKS MODULE ** The Top Links module is a simple module that will allow users to store their favorite website links in a module for convenient access. Basically it's the same functionality as the "Links" bar in MSIE. Please see the attached mockup for the design and the functional specs. Some notes: - Before the user has added any links, there shall be two buttons (1 row with 2 buttons; each row has two buttons, see mockup. The mockup contains 3x2=6 buttons/links). - In Edit Mode, the user can enter the URL and the title of a link. - If he clicks "Add more Top Links", 2 more URL/title fields shall become visible. - If the user leaves 2 URL/title fields blank, the corresponding row shall be removed. (Adding and removing buttons/links in batches of 2 because one row contains 2 buttons) Further explanation and mockups available upon request. If we're happy with your work, we'll be happy to work with you on further modules. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
