Web 2.0, New Concept, Flash, PHP, ASP.net, MySql

Hello, First off I would like to thank everyone for viewing my request. Please allow me to apologize in advance if the description of my project is hard to understand. I will try my best to explain the needs of the project. Feel free to ask any questions. This project is for the making of a website and also a Facebook application. This is a new idea I have had and would like to see it come to life. This project requires a developer that is proficient in not only web design and development, but is knowledgeable in Facebook apps and Google Maps API’s. Ok let me see if I can describe what is needed. The basic idea for the site is for users to sign up and create there own flyers. When I say flyers I mean digital signs that can be printed for events, for sale signs, other signs, post cards, advertisements, invetations, Etc. Here is a description from the user’s point of view: A user goes to the website url, signs into his/her account, or signs up for a new account. The user will have a control panel that shows all the flyers they have created, with the option of deleting, editing, or submitting them to different sites like Facebook, or get the code to place on my space or other sites, they should also be able to save the flyers to there own computer by choosing a format such as PDF, JPEG. The control panel should also display submitted messages they receive from there flyers. ## Deliverables Discription Extended: The user will also have the option to create new flyers from his or her control panel: I would like flyer creation system to have a similar look and feel of [[login to view URL]][1]. This is how the flyer creation system should work. A user will click on create flyer, the user will be prompted to choose the dimensions of the flyer, a category for the flyer for example: (Church event, Weddings, School event, Garage Sale, Item for sale, Etc.) and their location. Then the user will be able to have his/her choice of templates, or start from scratch, this should be a platform similar to [[login to view URL]][2], [[login to view URL]][3] design area. The platform should also include a image upload feature, draw shapes feature, draw lines feature, choose colors feature, insert text feature, change font feature, resize feature, (something similar to PAINT in windows XP). After the user finishes designing there flyer, they will submit it, this should save it to there control panel. The user should also have the ability to email the flyer or link to the flyer to several email address, if they would like to let people know about the event, or whatever it’s for. That is the basic functionality of the flyer creation. Now I will go over the basic web site functionality. The user who created the flyer should be able to make it private or public. If it is private then it only stays in there control panel, and they can choose to insert it into whatever site. If the flyer is set to public, then other people that go to the site will be able to view it when they search. So when a visitor goes to the site they should see a area of display for latest created flyers. Then there should be search features were visitors can search by category or keyword and display the relevant flyers that have been created. This is where the Google maps API takes place. The search should display a area with Google Maps that has different pins for different categories in whatever area the flyer is for. When a user embeds a flyer into Myspace or another webpage, the flyer should be active where a button on the bottom of the flyer says respond, and they click it and a contact for is displayed over the flyer where they write a message to the creator, with there name and email address, and accepting or rejecting the event. This completed contact form will then be sent to the user who created the flyer. Back End: I should have the capability for adding new templates, changing adding categories, view newest flyers, delete flyers, and view stats. Advertising:The site should have the ability and functionally to embed advertisements in the flyers. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The site needs to have the web 2.0 look and feel, also have some drag and drop functionality, where ever neccessary. I would like it created in PHP, or ASP.net framework. MySQL, Flash Action Scripting will also need to be implemented.
