Website Intergrated Media Player for streaming MP3

I need some assistance on an integrated media player for our company's website. We have been able to program most of the site so far but we are needing help in a new area. Our website is [login to view URL] and we deal with Christian music. Our goal is to have a media player that is embedded as the top part of our website that will play music upon selection. Our site is ASP driven with SQL Server database and we can supply the information to the player upon request by our users. We need to also have a playlist that will collect songs and play them back to back and in random order. If you are programmer and are familiar with how Realone Rhapsody or Audiogalaxy Rhapsody works that is basically what we are wanting to accomplish.
