Website SQL Database scheme and website asp code

We are a small web based company that are breaking into the dating and events management market in london. We need a dba to design a simple scheme to allows us to hold sentive personal information and also provide us with the asp scripts to interface the website and the database with each other. We expect the website to gorw to a amaximum of 10,000 users over a period of 5 years so efficieny and robustness must be kept in mind. We have a 1and1 small business package which allows us access to two sql database instances and also hosts all other website functionality. We also need to be able to populate dynamic lists using the information stored in the data base. Clear instructions will be needed to define how to apply the asp scripts to webforms and how to be able to populate new information into our database inorder to update dynamic information. Tenders should have a good knowledge of sql, database design, ASP, HTML. Clearly defined requiremnts will be given on request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
