Login script needed with .htaacess

I need small login script that uses .htacces Members aded from link like: [login to view URL];pass=VWTEAMAD It can be in perl or php/mysql Need admin panel where i can manage all users There have to be 3 diferent type of acounts that will deleate automaticly after some time (like 30day, 90 days, 365 days) it can be ready made script.
