## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Program requirements: - Prompt user for a positive octal or hex number between 0 & 32767base10 equivalent value. -Echo back to user the input value for verification. -Allow user to change this value if necessary. -Accept the data value and display the decimal (base 10) representation of that data. -Your implementation must compile and operate! -Detailed comments for functions/methods as well as logical code blocks -Do not use hard-coded constants unless loop counters. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
