Simple Base Converter

A simple C++ program to convert Octal & hexadecimal numbers to decimal without using any built in language functions (long hand algorithm). Command-line console interface. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
