Simple File Manager

I am in need of a very simple file manager. In a nutshell, the program will monitor a directory tree (recursively) and delete any files (permanently, not to the recycle bin) that are older than a certain date. The UI should allow the user to browse to the selected folder, and select age of files to delete. In other words, a typical scenario would involved setting the program to delete all files in a directory that are more than 3 days older that the present system date. The user would also be able to set how often the program will scan the folder; options should be hourly, daily, and weekly. The program should be written in C++ or VB. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win XP/2000
