1) The text in the top most header of the READER program needs to be changed to : "Mr. Webwork Text2Gui Reader/Editor Version" 2) The "Save to Desktop" button needs to be installed on the Standard Version 2) The "E-Mail" button needs to be installed on the Standard Version. 3) In the reader option panel we can mention that "The Standard Version has many more options, download from [login to view URL] Make sure the link can open a browser window to the download page address. 4) We need the ability to enter comments on the Standard and the Reader version which can be switched out when using the Hide Comments button or back in using the Show Comments. The charcter we can use is the up Caret "^" which is above the number 6 key. So that lines which start with the Caret key ^ will be removed when pressing the Hide comments button. This will only work with the Gui standard type page. It need not work with any of the configuration files. 5) We need a way to control page margins when printing on the reader version, currently the page goes directly to print, I need to allow a preview to show the margins and in addition to that there is the standard print page count dialog, this is also needed in the Reader Version, this is already available in the Standard version. So we need the ability to specifiy the number of pages before printing we also need the ability to see the page margins for the reader version, nothing else is required in the print preview. 6) To run the registration code on an ASP or PHP page. The customer will have access to a code entry box, they press enter and in doing so access the formula in code on another page file, which returns the authorization code. I would only need the two pages, the code entry and the result page to work. Don't worry about security I can do the rest. As for the PHP or you can also do it in ASP working in IIS on the local server included with XP Pro or Windows 7. I can set either up for you if you have none available to test. The PHP will be running on a Linux not Windows. The ASP will be running on a Windows server. I wish to be able to set up the registration at some point where the customer can self activate the product, the only thing I cannot do is place your decoder formula on a web page. Everything else I can do no problem. At some point the customer will place the code into a text box on a web page and then submit it, the next thing they see is the AUTHORIZATION CODE. But of course they cannot view the page source to see the formula so the formula must be out of reach. The permissions required is something I can handle myself. I just need to be able to get the correct code back from a return page. It can be one or two PHP or ASP pages, whatever works and is cheaper for you. 7) Attached (SENT PREVIOUSLY)will be the logo for the Text To Gui program. I have attached two types of two logos in differant sizes, use whatever is easiest. Also attached is a PDF which has three pages showing the placement of the two logos. Two are arranged within the install screens if possible and one will be in the lower right corner of the program if possible. 8) Blue splotches are appearing on the page when printing in the READER & STANDARD version, they are around the text. This happens on screen when printing to a PDF or printing directly to a color printer. This is an error, we need it corrected.
