Modifications to Magento site

The job is for modifcation to an exisiting Magento site with Ultimo theme template from [login to view URL] installed. ++++ PLEASE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE GOOD DESIGN SKILLS CSS AND HTML, DO NOT QUOTE FOR THIS JOB, YOUR BID WILL BE REJECTED +++++ Lists of modifcations and corrections REQUIRED. 1. Upgrade Ultimo Theme to latest version, test and ensure everything working as before. 2. Upgrade existing IWD One-Page checkout to new IWD Ajax one-page checkout, check everything setup same as with previous one-page. 3. Correct small responsive issue with right hand column of homepage, everywhere else is working fine, so maybe a grid problem. 4. Place slider onto homepage, with three slides which i will provide, two static slides and 1 video slide (slideshow is part of the theme). Currently I have a video on the homepage. 5. Replace logo on site with new logo supplied. 6.I have wordpress plugin in Magento from [login to view URL] I will be using this for blogging product news i.e. posts currently it looks very unattractive,so design me attractive post page template which I can use to post news in an attractive way. 7. Design 8x information pages, I will provide the content, simple pages but need to look attractive. Lastly Optimise the speed of the category pages, and product pages and initial homepage load time.
