Modify website template / layout.

I need someone to customize/edit a website template for me. I already have a general idea on what i want, so it's just a matter of creating the necessary pages. I'll work closely with the correct freelancer throughout the project and will provide the necessary content and help with the layout. I'm also looking for someone the necessary skills to create a database for me, so if you have experience with that, we could combine both projects into one. if not, we can simply stick with the original request mentioned above. This will be a career based membership site, where members pay a small fee to access career related information (this is a bit private at this point, but we will explain this to the serious bidders). Allow members to see displayed vacant jobs. 2. Allow members to post their complete resume for employers to see. From the admin level we should be able to: - post (add) vacant jobs (title / location / description / contact method) - edit or delete postings - do search of posted jobs in the database. - edit/block/delete resumes. As mentioned. The software can do all that we ask above except the database we'd like to get created. So basically we need someone who can create/modify the current template we have (see [[login to view URL]][1]), create the database and configure everything using the guides the software comes with.
