PHP code to complete plug-in add on for Elgg.org run website.(repost)

I run a social networking website for parents. It is similar to myspace/facebook, and is run on the [login to view URL] social networking software. I have found a plugin that does a number of things I require at <[login to view URL]> however, I need a few additional things for this. (I will provide you the code for this after you bid is accepted) I will need to be able to add offers to this so my members will be able to earn points by doing affiliate offers. You can views places that do this at [login to view URL] (<[login to view URL]>) or on a number of various applications on myspace/facebook (such as <[login to view URL]> or other games at <[login to view URL]>). I want an easy way to add the affiliate, stipulate what they must do in order to receive the points, and then when they complete the offer (whether it is sign up for something, or make a purchase, etc) the points add to their account. If you have done a script for this before, and would like to edit it so it meets my requirements, that will be just fine as well.
