web page redesign

I need a professional looking redesign of the [login to view URL] website. It MAY(?) only require a single template to hold the present web copy for all the pages. This would include the banner, navigation bar, and the left and right menus, and the copyright bar at the bottom. The present template does a very poor job of conveying the theme of the website's unusual subject matter. The banner (and remainder of the page, if necessary) must be creative, therefore I require someone with a creative mind and not merely someone who can make a page template. I do not need a flash intro, music, or anything fancy or similar to that. The pages need to be fairly fast loading, so anything that might slow them down (unnecessary graphics, etc.) will not be needed. I would prefer that the body of the page be done in Dreamweaver since that is the software that I use...so Dreamweaver would be a big plus....but this requirement is NOT mandatory. Please let me know in your reply that you have actually looked at the [login to view URL] website, as I believe that many of the previous bidders placed bids without actually looking at the website they are redesigning. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All standard web browsers.
