web scraping facebook - Extract 1 Million Email Id

We want someone to extract VALID email addresses from Facebook. Spanish email addresses ONLY, it should be with the owner's FULL NAME and Facebook account link because we will check if these email adds are real and valid. Please submit entries in an excel file. Please give indication as to volume of entries you can harvest per day, and provide a quotation of price per entry.
