Flash Speech Recognition Application

We are looking for Full Flash Speech Recognition Application with following features: 1. Single Word Speech Recogination (by word and Pictures) 2. Selection from Pictures and listen by Audio file with Text display on screen 3. Long Line Speech Recogination (from pictures) 4. Selection from Picture and listen just audio file and display correct text 5. Select word from related 4-6 picture and then start speech recognition by each word on by one. 6. Drag and drop individual alphabet and create a word and start speech recogination by arraged word. 7. needs some kinds of quize integration. 8. Save all progress and data to mysql database.
