Looking for flash php and graphic expert

I'm looking for flash actionscript developer who has knowledge of php mysql as well. What i need is to change existing game kind of interface. Also I'll hire person very fast. And person needs to be with me while development and bid only if you are able to agree with this condition. Because we have dead line and we need to match that. You should know flash actiscript, php and mysql also in some case require normal graphic change which can be done in photoshop. I'll provide you photoshop psd file, access to our test server, also fla file. Just come up with 3 demos please non experienced dont apply.
