Instant Command Recall

Overview I am looking for a small low cost web based application, that I can install on any Linux based web host running apache/PHP/Mysql. It must be installable by me, and install by copying files up to the web server, and then running an installer, ([login to view URL] ???) once the files are FTPd on. The application should have an [login to view URL] page, that allows the admin to build a web page with the elements specified in the attached file.. The eventual page will be an interactive web page, which will be in php or html, whichever is best….which will then be copy and pastable into a Wordpress content management system to easily create the pages. The finished page has an interactive element, which is done by having a mysql database backend that contains the answers which the user types in. The admin has already told the application what the questions and answers should be when configuring the page in the admin page ([login to view URL] ???) Product Specifications 1. Must have an installer….a page that you run after you've copied the files to a sub folder on your webserver...so domain is [login to view URL] you Create a a new directory, example [login to view URL] copy the files to the sub dir...browse to [login to view URL] 2. This opens a page where you fill in the variables, like mysql dbase name, password, etc….button at bottom of page, that runs the installer, And configures the web application such that it should it should now take you to the admin page. 3. The admin page should allow you to create as many pages as are required, all based on the same page template. There is not enough space for an explanation in this box, so the full explanation is in the attached word file.
