Simple Project: Change the Layout of a Form

This is a pretty simple project that will take less than 1 hour to complete (probably 20-30 minutes). My current form is very long and in a single column. (Attached to this project with the file name [login to view URL]). This makes is difficult to read and complete. I need the layout changed to more of a table form that is similar to the other file I attached, Application-Email.html. That's it! Just change the form layout and we're finished! DOES THE PROGRAMMER NEED TO EDIT THE CSS? No! Don't overthink it. Just change the layout. CAN THE PROGRAMMER IMPROVE THE FORM OR MAKE CHANGES TO THE CODE? No, don't change any of the existing code. Just add the code you need to change the layout. HOW WAS THIS FORM BUILT? This form was built using Chronoforms, a Joomla Extension. WHAT FILE NEEDS TO BE EDITED? Edit Long-Form.txt. Use the other file as a guide for what I want the form to look like. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: *Please ask me any questions you may have *I know this project will take an hour or less, please bid accordingly. I don't make $50 per hour and I don't expect to pay that much. *Most people will miss this point so it's your chance to stand out from the rest.
