Link Directory using Arelis

Build me an Arelis links directory! I am looking for a person or company to build a links directory for my website using Arelis IBP made by Axandra. You will need to own the developer version to bid on this. ( maybe if you haev personal version this will be OK, but we need to check) I have just purchased this software, looks great, but am very time limited and need to find a person to take control of this project. I have the developer version of this software. The plan is once work has been completed I will import this to my arelis version and continue building and editing.
