568011 Small Java Script Edit 2

I am looking for someone to make a small change to a java script. You can view a sample of our website at [login to view URL] I require someone to modify the script so the submenus load slower. As an example when you mouse over Services a dropdown menu appears. When you mouseover CRIMINAL the menu that appears we are looking for that to be slowed down. You will be provided all of the original scripts and required to simply return them with the modifications.
