Flash element and html website build out

I have a design I will provide for the graphics of a website. What I am looking to have done is have the website built out into html pages. I will provide all content for the pages. There are a total of five pages. One the homepage of the website there is a section that will be designated for a flash movie. The purpose of this movie is to be eye catching and create interest when someone comes to the site for the first time. I will provide photos for the flash movie. I would like the flash animation to be cutting edge and utilize the photos provided. I would like music incorporated into the flash movie. The flash movie will need an on/off button. I have attached a gif of the web design that I will provide in a PSD. Thank you for your bids!
