PSD to CSS and Jquery

Need to take a PSD and implement it using HTML5, CSS, and Jquery. Jquery would be used for menu system, rotating background images. Javascript for menu and album. About 4-5 hidden group layers pages .. less than 8 pages. When you are ready I can provide FTP for upload and review. I would like to be certain that the page will scale to the resolution of the browser so that it will fit the entire page on the screen at one time. 1. XHTML W3c validated. 2. CSS W3c Validated. 3.
