SugarCRM migration/customization process

This project is for a client of ours that wishes to migrate to a SugarCRM (open source version) solution.
I am not quite sure how to describe this project and will probably need your expertise on understanding what the client wants exactly. This may require one or more IM group chats or conference calls with the client. You should be a SugarCRM expert with the ability to customize Sugar to do just about anything you can imagine including writing brand new modules from scratch. (PHP/MySQL)
I am only passingly familiar with SugarCRM, however I have gotten the lastest version setup on SUSE Enterprise 10 server and it is ready for customization to fit the clients needs. It is available via the web as well as Remote Server Access.

As we progress we will setup milestones so that you can start getting paid for work done right away. If you are interested in a long term project that will likely extend far beyond this initial phase, I look forward to receiving your bid and working with you on this project.
I would like to get the bulk of the migration process done in this bid amount, but I know there will be plenty of things that I am not even aware of in this project. We are very open to negotiating prices and milestones along the way.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
