vBulletin - Addons & Theme Adjustment

Hello freelancers, I'm looking for someone, who can help me fix a couple of outdated or non-functioning addons / mods / plugins and all that so the modifications would fit into my vBulletin custom theme. NOTE: I'm interested in a long-term co-operation and I'm willing to invest roughly 500$ annually to keep my board up-to-date and secured. This project is however very easy (I have 5 addons, which need to be fixed, but you shouldn't spend more than 1 hour on the bigger ones and the smallest one is a matter of less than a minute). I'm bringing this up because one major reason - I will not be responding to crazily overpriced bids, because if you really have the knowledge to get this done, it will take you a couple of minutes and there's no need to want hundreds of USD for that, also, concerning my interest of repeat hire, I prefer to hire a person several times (4x) for say 200$, much rather than pay someone 800$ just for one single bid. I will provide you with the theme and numerous source codes, so technically, all you will have to do is to sit down, take a couple of minutes, read the code, then check it out (on my test forum) or you can try to install it on your own and then perform a couple of surgical fixes. It's nothing drastic, I could have handled this by myself with a couple of tutorials or little help of someone, but concerning my own forum, best if this is done by a professional, who knows, what he is doing, by altering certain StyleVars or .CSS Primarily, I need someone with knowledge of the vBulletin code (php, .XML, .js and AJAX, etc.), but if you know Photoshop, it would be welcomed as well! I'd prefer someone, who speaks fluently English and fluent English is not when you know only the nouns. ;) Freelancer must have Skype or MSN (if you don't have, please, suggest some appropriate means of mutual communication)!
