Restyling a Joomla 2.5.8 website (with YooTheme and Zoo)

I need someone who can restyle my Joomla 2.5.8 website at [login to view URL] (English and Japanese bilingual). Attached images explain how the new website should look. [login to view URL] is the product landing page and [login to view URL] is the product overview page (I will explain [login to view URL] later). Actual contents (including images) will be prepared by ourselves, so the project is mostly about template modification and CSS customization. Requirements are: - Restyle YooTheme template and Zoo (Blog and Download app), possibly WidgetKit and AcyMailing module as well - Must follow the customization guidelines provided by YooTheme as much as possible, such as: [login to view URL] - Add custom CSS styles for contents like a feature description - Basically it is not allowed to introduce another Joomla extension of any kind Visual details are negotiable in case it is too hard to implement. I actually have a back up plan for the side menu with "boxed" style if the "tabbed" style is hard to achieve. Please refer to [login to view URL] and it is also demonstrates a "boxed" module whose style should be provided in this project. Contrary to the visual requirements which is negotiable, the maintainability requirements are very important and must be satisfied at all cost. Design materials will be provided in high-quality PSD format once the project is awarded. If you prefer working on a hosted environment, I will duplicate the current site and grant you Joomla and FTP login to the copy site. There's most likely no need to do anything special for Japanese contents and we just have to adjust fonts at some point. Please feel free to ask if you have any question.
