SOBIPRO Expert joomla

Need a developer expert in sobipro and joomla to configure a website for classified ads I have a website with SobiPro installed I need to implemented some Features: 1.- possibility of charging for example 1 euro to publish an ad for 30 days and 2.5 euros for 90 days 2.- Set a monthly flat rate for professionals: professional who pays for example 10 euros can post as many ads as they want during 30 days 3.- Configure a tool to highlight ads (make them appear first in the listings or in a slider like J Slider for SobiPro). The user who highlight his ad will pay more money. I have installed [login to view URL] but it´s not working Please, don´t include addons (joomla extensions) in needed on the budget, but set the price of the extensions and the detail of them. The companies that want to advertise with the "monthly flat rate" will be able to log in a registration area enabling them to introduce and manage theirselves all their details to create their company business card and entries and download invoices. With this option the advertisers companies, through their user name and password, will have direct access to manage and change their profile without the need of the webmaster. Contractor must have an experience with sobipro at least 1 project and need to include in their bids portfolio with projects SOBI.
