Urgent, joomla & php fix required mod_s5_quick_contact

Hi Freelancers, we have contact forms on our website as Joomla modules and the last freelancer left them without them working. We need to fix them ASAP. There are two contact forms on most pages, one in the right column and one at the bottom which is on all pages, they have a simple numeric captcha. It appears to use mod_s5_quick_contact for the forms Please don't bid if you have absolutely no clue what you are doing.
