Semi-RAC project

We need a project which similar to RAC but much simpler. The project must contain the following: Accounts for buyers with: my account details - where the buyer can see his/her info and edit them if required my projects - where the buyer can see his/her all projects that he post and the status of each one my finance - where they buyer can see his/her paid projects, and refunded projects my arbitrations - where the buyer can see all sessions he/she is or was in for arbitration, and the status of each one Accounts for coders with: my account details - where the coder can see his/her info and edit them if required my bids - where the coder can see his/her all the projects that he/she bid on them, and the status for each my to do list - where the coder can see all projects that he or she must finish, and how much of time is left for each my finance - where the coder can see how how much he/she must be paid in the next 15th day, and another table shows all projects that he/she was done, and the status of each one whether he/she was paid for or not, so far my arbitrations - where the buyer can see all sessions he/she is or was in for arbitration, and the status of each one **THIS IS NOT ALL [login to view URL] read the "[login to view URL]" file in the attached file for full REQUIREMENTS . RAC does not allow me to write more that 2500 chars here. **_Please coder, when you submit a bid, I do care about one thing: How much of time do you need to finish this project (and you got to be really sure about this, or trust me, we will go to arbitration).So don't forget to tell me with your bid how much of time do you need to finish this project, **otherwise, I won't look at your bid even if it's less than $10.**_ ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux.
