PLC - Generator Monitoring and Control System Design

Looking for someone to help design and build a PLC controller for a home generator. This system will have to be monitored and controlled via the internet and or iPhone. Phase I deliverables include identifying software and systems which are already available "off-the-shelf" and assembling a complete parts list of equipment needed to include manufacture, part number, and pricing. This shall include the hardware, software, sensors, thermocouples, etc. to complete the system diagram, description, and schematics.
