i'm looking for a PHP/MySQL programmer based in India who can do the following job: 0. user management system with registration and confirmation through SMS. 1. Coupon to be generated at backend and saved in excel format by the admin. The coupon should be able to have manual prefix or suffix and expiry dates. 2. The users should be able to redeem the points based on this coupons generated. 3. SMS gateway where the users can redeem the points by sending an SMS with a confirmed SMS reply along with the points secured. more details to be provided later.
