Simple web development service for an already designed site

Here is a concept of what I am looking for on the website I want built. I am looking to have a website built called [login to view URL] (which you can check online to have a better look). I would like it built with html and php/mysql. The Website is for users who want to save information about their favorite tv shows. On this website I would like to have users login or register to have their own account. User will be able to type information about their favorite tv shows such as the name, genre, time, channel and what day it airs and have the user save the information and retrieve it on a different page. I also want to design that whenever a user logs in to their account, I want the tv shows that they saved to be visible. Example: if a user types information about a tv show and they typed that it airs on Monday, and the current date is monday, then all information about the show will be visible for the user to see, like a reminder. I can provide a design of what the website should look like(screen shots), I just need it to work and it can be as simple as to what I have online. NOTE: The website is not working. It is just a layout of the design. LOGIN PAGE PROFILE PAGE – there will be two navigations called HOME and MY SHOWS In this PROFILE PAGE, It would show “Welcome back, (name of user)” Then it will show information about what tv shows the user saved for the current time and date HOME navigation would just link to the PROFILE PAGE MY SHOWS navigation would link to the SAVED SHOWS PAGE Under MY SHOWS, there will be 2 subNavigations called INPUT SHOWS and SAVED SHOWS. When the user clicks on the INPUT SHOWS subNavigation, they will be redirected to the CHOOSE GENRE PAGE. When the user clicks on the SAVED SHOWS, they will be redirected to the SAVED SHOWS PAGE. CHOOSE GENRE PAGE – User will pick what genre of their favorite tv show, this page is to make their SAVED SHOWS PAGE organized and when they pick what genre they want and hit submit, they will be redirected to the INPUT SHOWS PAGE INPUT SHOWS INFO PAGE – Here, users will input information about their favorite tv shows such as name, time, network and day of the show. SAVED SHOW PAGE – User will be able to see information they input about their tv shows. Note: I have not design the layout for the saved show page, I would like you guys to do that for me if you can.
